Background: Nutrition is a very important part of the growth and development of toddlers, as it is closely related to health and intelligence. Dragon fruit also contains nutrients that can help prevent stunting by fulfilling children's nutritional intake. The utilization of local food ingredients, namely dragon fruit, as an innovative product (gummy) can improve toddler nutrition. The Aims : to improve toddler nutrition through an innovative product (Gummy) made from local dragon fruit (Hylocereus Polyrhizus). Method: This activity used the Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) method related to processing dragon fruit into gummy products, ranging from theory to practice, carried out by health cadres and parents of toddlers. Results of the activity: The demonstration of making local snacks from dragon fruit had a positive effect on increasing community knowledge and readiness in utilizing dragon fruit into an innovative gummy product that is more preferred by toddlers. Conclusion: The activity of processing dragon fruit into an innovative gummy product is expected to become one of the recommended products for improving toddler nutrition.
